Tenmast will maintain compliance with ongoing changes in HUD Regulations, provide continuous product enhancements and resolution for user problems, and correct software bugs (if necessary) at no additional cost.

Tenmast Support Teams

Tenmast’s outstanding client satisfaction is attributed to the great support provided by our employees. Tenmast has over 30 Training and Support Specialists. These employees are divided into the Accounting team, the Housing & Maintenance team, and the IT Support team.  The teams are set up this way to mimic the housing staff and accounting staff with whom they will be working.

Support Hours

With a Tenmast contract, your receive unlimited phone support.  This means there is no limit to the amount of times you can call and ask questions or get help.

We have a toll-free support line and phone and/or remote (modem) support is available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. We will also make after hour appointments available for your convenience.

Response Times

Tenmast has a commitment to always respond to client needs as fast as possible.  When contacting Support, we plan to respond immediately if somebody is available to assist you.
