Public Housing Inspections
Public Housing Inspections is designed for complete compliance with REAC’s UPCS (Uniform Physical Condition Standards) inspection requirements. It draws data from the WinTen² Occupancy and Rent Calculation program to compile its database of public housing units. The program’s standard configuration includes the complete set of UPCS inspections requirements.
Public Housing Inspections is designed to be used with handheld computers for a “paperless” system of inspection data gathering. However, you can use more traditional printed inspection forms and enter the data by hand if you so choose. Depending on whether you are using a hand-held unit or paper forms, the method in which you record the results of the actual inspection will differ.
Flexibility
If your agency needs more detail or needs to fulfill other inspection requirements, you can customize the inspection protocols to suit your preferences and needs.
