We currently have approximately 450+ clients using our software specifically designed for housing authorities. These housing authorities are operating in 44 states and the Pacific Islands. In addition, we have approximately 160 clients using our QuicPIC system that allows any housing authority to submit to PIC easily. Tenmast has trained over 1,200 agencies in HUD rules and regulations including the areas of PIC, SEMAP, PHAS, RIM, and more. Over 700 Housing Authority’s utilize our PIC services such as Clean ups, Coaching, Management and Training.
