Technical Support

Great support is the hallmark of our services. We provide complete support for our software. The purchase price of each program includes an Update and Support Agreement for the first year of operation. This gives your agency unlimited resources for resolving problems or answering questions. Your Update and Support Agreement is renewable annually for a fee.

Telephone Support

All clients with current Update and Support Agreements are entitled to unlimited free phone support. Support personnel are in our Lexington office between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, and in our Ruston office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central time. All of our support lines are toll-free for your convenience.

Client Connect Diagnostics and Support

Using Symantec pcAnywhere™ communication software as the backbone, Tenmast's proprietary Client Connect system allows us to connect directly to your system to diagnose and resolve problems. Client Connect allows us to "look over your shoulder" without the cost of traveling to your office.

Remote Support Portal

Our Remote Support tool, BOMGAR, makes it quicker and easier than ever for you to let us connect directly to your computer for support.
