After logging into your Partner Access Web site with a secure user name and password, a landlord can view or print the voucher for their current HAP payment or a previous payment. Each voucher includes the payment date and amount, as well as the name, address, and amount for each tenant included in that payment.
This means you can provide even better service and convenience to your landlords, since they can view their entire HAP histories, not just the current payment, and they can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right from their own offices or homes.
Stop Printing Checks and Vouchers
This also means your agency no longer has to print and mail vouchers for landlords’ direct deposit payments—you mail only the live checks. Landlords with direct deposit can log into your Web site at any time to get their vouchers.

Landlord Access is one of our newest products. Many enhancements are planned, including offering your landlords the ability to view their current contact and direct deposit information and to submit updates to that information if it is out-of-date. Your landlords will also be able to view their tenant lists, unit lists, and inspection information.
