Employee Access

Employee Access™ gives your agency's employees online access to their current payroll checks and check histories via the Internet. This Web-enabled software program saves time and money for your agency and provides greater convenience for your employees.

Your agency must use the Payroll program in order to use Employee Access. Learn more about Payroll.

After logging into your Partner Access Web site with a secure user name and password, an employee can view or print the voucher for their current paycheck or any previous check.

No Printing Needed

This means your agency no longer has to print and mail vouchers for payroll direct deposits—you mail only the live checks. Employees with direct deposit can log into your Web site at any time to get their vouchers. If all of your employees receive direct deposit, you don't have to print any checks or payroll vouchers.

Employee Access is one of our newest products. Many enhancements are planned, including offering your employees the ability to view their current contact and direct deposit information and to submit updates to that information if it is out-of-date. Employees will also be able to view their current income and deduction settings.
