The Tenmast Applicant Access™ program enables your applicants to
submit housing applications online using a standard Web browser. This Web-enabled software program will collect all data necessary for completion of a housing application, which can be imported electronically to the Tenmast Applicant List program.
Your agency must use Applicant List in order to use the Web-based application. Learn more about the Applicant List program.
A data import function is included with the Applicant Access program that allows applications received online to be reviewed before being imported to the Tenmast Applicant List program. The import function validates the online applications against your existing applicant/tenant database to identify online applicants who have applied previously, and then stores those records in a temporary file for viewing and printing.
From the temporary application file, you can generate a report listing all new applications, which can be printed. This report will contain a list of Web-entered applications and flag those applications that failed data validation rules. You can mark any application in the temporary file for “hold” or “reject” and then import the valid application records to the Tenmast Applicant List database. Any applicant record added to the Applicant List database includes a code to identify it as an “online” application.
