Throughout the year, Tenmast is offering six different PIC Web trainings:

These trainings are designed for all housing authorities, regardless of your software system.

Each training is offered at various times throughout the year. Your agency can attend via the Internet at a cost of only $75 per connection for a one-hour training or $115 per connection for a ninety-minute training.

We're pleased to offer three different one-day industry trainings at locations throughout the U.S.: RIM Rx, Stupid PIC Tricks III, and—our newest training—Scoring BIG with SEMAP.

These trainings are designed for all housing authorities, regardless of your software system. Most trainings are offered on consecutive days. Register for more than one and receive a discount.

Scoring BIG with SEMAP         NEW

Maximize your SEMAP score by incorporating indicators into your job. You will learn how SEMAP indicators affect your SEMAP score, gain an understanding of the SEMAP assessment process and the Voucher Management System (VMS), and learn how to improve your score with a PIC Cleanup.top of page

RIM Rx

Learn how to achieve accurate “RIM-rated” rent calculations for all your tenants. You will gain an understanding of the RIM program and the Rental Housing Income Integrity Project (RHIIP), as well as learn techniques for conducting tenant interviews and gathering tenant information. You will learn HUD’s rules and recommendations for verifying tenant information, detailed processing steps for RIM verifications, and how to document your verifications and your entire certification process.

Stupid PIC Tricks III

Your staff will learn how PIC works and the essential tools in PIC for correcting errors, easily and efficiently. The training also covers the differences between processing Public Housing records and Section 8 records in PIC.

Learn how to consistently maintain your PIC submission rates for high PHAS and SEMAP scores at the end of your fiscal year.top of page
