Critical PIC Reports

This webinar will identify PIC reports that are essential to maintaining a 95% submission rate and other PIC compliance issues. We will show where the reports are located and how to use them in the daily 50058 management task. (ADHOC reports are covered in a different session.) This is an intermediate training.
'Custom Reports’ in PIC - Using the ADHOC Report

This training shows you how to use the PIC ADHOC Report to create custom reports. The training will demonstrate the flexibility and advantages (as well as limitations) of the ADHOC Report and show you how to create reports that you would like to have in PIC, but can’t get otherwise. This is an advanced training.

This training will demonstrate how to access and use the sub-modules in PIC that are essential to successful record submissions and correcting errors. This is a beginner to intermediate training.
PIC Error Correction - Correcting 'Record Match' Errors for Housing Choice Voucher
1 hour, $75 per connection
‘Record match’ errors occur when the information in your 50058 record does not match information that is already in PIC. This training shows you how to recognize and correct ‘record match’ errors you experience in your Housing Choice Voucher program, using techniques developed by Tenmast to reduce the amount of time you spend on PIC error correction. This training will also include an “open forum” in which participants can submit error problems, and we will solve them for the benefit of all participants. This is an intermediate to advanced training.
PIC Monthly Practices

This webinar will outline a set of recommended monthly PIC practices that are designed to maintain a 95% submission rate in PIC. This is an intermediate training.
