Our staff members come from various backgrounds; some have worked in public housing agencies for up to a decade and a half. The following capsules summarize the careers and qualifications of our management team.

James C. Mauch, President
James C. Mauch is President of Tenmast Software. As President, James is responsible for the planning and the overall development of the company and its products and services in the public housing industry. James is also an attorney and practiced as a trial lawyer with a large Midwest law firm in the early 1980s. In 1988, James co-founded, and served in various senior management positions with Environmental Audit, Inc. and its successor, VISTA Information Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: VINF).
With VISTA, James designed database information products used by engineers to assess environmental risk and comply with risk assessment requirements of federal and state environmental laws. James also managed teams of software engineers and data quality testing groups responsible for building and maintaining geographic information systems and underwriting software applications for the property and casualty insurance industry. As a lawyer, James is familiar with the ever-changing requirements of federal and state regulatory systems for low income and public housing. As President of Tenmast, James is dedicated to maintaining Tenmast’s leadership position in serving public housing institutions with software and information systems that insure their successful operation and compliance with applicable regulations.
James is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. James also has a law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is a Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. In February 1999, James was certified as a Public Housing Manager by NAHRO. top of page
Mark Lewis, Product Manager
Mark Lewis is Product Manager at Tenmast Software. He is responsible for researching and evaluating program changes for all Tenmast software programs.
Mark is responsible for analyzing the business processes used by housing authorities and designing software that meets those specifications. The Product Manager is responsible for developing a product strategy that meets the changing regulations directed by HUD and the demands of the housing industry. This responsibility is critical for changes in the programs to meet industry regulations and for enhancements added to the programs. Mark has assisted in the design and development of the WinTen² product line, and he led the development of the conversion of the Tenmast client data from the DOS-based version of the software to the Windows-based version of the software.
Mark has more than twenty-two years of experience in programming, with twelve years of experience in operating a computer-consulting firm before entering the housing industry. In 1994, Mark founded Millennium Software, a housing data management software company that merged with Tenmast in 1999.
Mark is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Computer Science.top of page
Sanjay Shah, Product Development Manager
Sanjay Shah is Product Development Manager at Tenmast Software. He is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the development of our software system.
Sanjay take the changes identified by the Tenmast product management team and implements these changes into the framework of the software. Sanjay and his team analyze any and all possible relations between the programs and the flow of any data that is to be shared by any programs. This responsibility is critical for changes in the programs to meet industry regulations and for enhancements added to the programs.
Sanjay has more than thirteen years of experience in software development. He has over seven years of Delphi experience and is familiar with C++, C++ Builder, NET, VC++ 6.0, Turbo Vision, Install Shield, Java, Jsp, XML, HTML, SQL, Cryptography, IBM 4758 Cryptography Card, Sybase SQL Anywhere 9.0, ORACLE 8.0, MS SQL Version 7.0, Dbase, Code base, MS Access, Paradox, Lotus, Windows XP/2000/NT/ME/98/95/3.1, and AIX 4.3.
Sanjay has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Shivaji University in India. Sanjay joined Tenmast in 2002.top of page
Andrew Russell, Technical Services Manager
Andrew Russell is the Technical Services and Information Technology (IT) Manager at Tenmast Software. He is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the technical services staff. His responsibilities include evaluating current hardware and operating software systems, determining the compatibility of systems with the Tenmast system, implementing changes to hardware structure, or upgrading systems when needed, for both Tenmast and our clients.
Andrew has over fifteen years of experience in network administration. He is a Certified Novell Engineer and has a BS degree in Business Administration from Midway College. top of page
Jamie Walsworth, Customer Operations Manager
Jamie is the Customer Operations Manager at Tenmast Software. Jamie plans and directs all aspects of Tenmast's call center policies, objectives, and initiatives. He oversees the software support department and establishes and maintains relationships with engineering and software development.
Jamie is responsible for equipping his staff with advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems. He researches and is vital in correcting quality assurance issues. He is also responsible for making recommendations for product or service updates.
Jamie Walsworth joined Millennium Software in 1996. Prior to Jamie's four years at Millennium, he worked with the Ruston Municipal Government in the Clerk of Court office.
Jamie has a BS degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.

Julie Bell, Solutions Delivery Manager
Julie Bell is the Solutions Delivery Manager for Tenmast. Julie is responsible for improving business processes and supporting critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of product delivery. She oversees multiple projects and implementation teams to ensure all specifications are met.
Julie is responsible for overseeing all major projects from inception to completion, which requires identification of all major components and timelines for each phase of a project. She will work closely with all clients during delivery to ensure all expectations are being met.
She works closely with the Customer Operations Manager to ensure all Tenmast team members are trained in resolving complex issues that may be associated with each project.
Julie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Marketing and Business Management.

Adam Block, Business Development Manager
Adam Block is the Business Development Manager at Tenmast Software. Adam is responsible for the overall sales effort at Tenmast. Adam leads the outside business development efforts by identifying the needs of our clients and prospects, and then proposing solutions to address those specific needs.
The Business Development Department meets with Housing Authorities to provide presentations and demonstrations, as well as answer questions that provide the information needed for a Housing Authority to make a decision on their data management solution. The department coordinates a meeting with people from both organizations to coauthor a total solution to address the specific needs of the Housing Authority. After a partnership is formed, Business Development works with the Support Department to ensure a smooth and thorough transition to begin implementing the solution. Business Development also attends seminars, trainings, and trade shows to gain a better understanding of market needs, changes, and challenges, in order to provide feedback to our developers for future software enhancements.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with BS degrees in Finance and Management.

David Stromquist, Controller
David Stromquist is the Controller at Tenmast Software. David supervises the Accounting Department and is responsible for all financial activities of the company. This includes invoicing clients, banking, cash management, fixed asset purchases, facilities management, and maintaining receivables, as well as purchasing peripheral equipment and software for client computer system installations and dealing with customer billing issues.
The Accounting Department also handles the orders for checks and receipt paper for Tenmast clients.
