SQL Programmer

We're looking for an SQL developer to join our team of 11 programmers developing applications in Delphi 7 using Sybase SQL Anywhere.

Position: Intermediate-level SQL Developer with at least 2+ years SQL Programming experience. Person will be responsible for writing SQL scripts to convert data from competitor's databases to SQL Anywhere.

Required Skills:

2+ year SQL Programming experience.
Create and optimize stored procedures
Ensure database integrity and security
Responsible for referential integrity
Provide SQL / database support to the application developers.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within team environment as well as an individual contributor

Desired Skills:

Sybase SQL Anywhere experience
Strong problem solving skills and creative thinker
A self-starter who works well independently.
SQL Database Conversion. Experience migrating data to/from other platforms to SQL databases.
Mobilink experience
Database administration experience (DBA)

Training Specialist

We're seeking a Software Training Specialist to train our clients to effectively use our software system. Tenmast Software develops software systems for the Public Housing industry. Our mission is to provide regulatory expertise and to provide products and services to make our clients’ jobs easier. Our software supports multiple types of assisted housing, in addition to adhering to stringent HUD regulations. Knowledge of the Public Housing industry is a PLUS.

Trainers who join our team will participate in and conduct on-site client trainings of Tenmast software programs and work with the training team to create and update documentation. After gaining an understanding of the industry, must be able to comprehend clients’ business processes and adjust training classes accordingly. Will support our users both before and after the trainings and provide follow up as needed. Successful candidate will be creative, flexible, and an independent thinker. Requires 2-4 years of training experience in the field or in a related area. Extensive travel is required.
